The Fax-8350P has been designed to deliver the highest levels of performance in the corporate environment. A pedigree of excellent quality, fast output speed of up to 12ppm, low cost of ownership and advanced paper handling will provide you with a real value for money office workhorse.

Utilizing a 14,400 bps modem, faxed pages can be transmitted in as little as six seconds, which can improve efficiency and reduce cost of transmission. Even if the Fax-8350P is busy either sending or receiving, further jobs can be automatically stored in the machines 3Mb transmission memory. As soon as the line becomes free it automatically sends the queued jobs, therefore easing office congestion. Its batch transmission function will also automatically recognize if two queued documents are being sent to the same number and group them together for improved efficiency and lower transmission costs.

In the event of a power failure or depletion of consumables or paper, the Fax-8350P will store any documents held in its expandable 2Mb flash receive memory for future printing. This ensures important communications are never missed.

A paper input of 250 sheets - which is expandable to 500 sheets using the optional LT400 paper tray - gives long lasting paper supply for high receive environments. The Automatic Document Feeder takes up to 30 sheets for unattended sending of longer outgoing faxes.

The Fax-8350P's secure mode can provide complete security whilst the machine is unattended. The pin coded access lock enables you to disable all sending, copying and programming functions, to prevent fraud or misuse. Incoming faxes are stored into the memory and can only be printed when the secure mode is deactivated with a user defined pin number.

The Fax-8350P offers 132 quick dial number memory locations enabling quick calling of regularly used numbers. For added convenience, 32 of these can be stored under one-touch keys.

The Fax-8350P constantly monitors the capacity of the drum and toner units and has the capability to print a pre-formatted consumable order form when replacements are needed. The form can then be faxed to a nominated supplier, helping to reduce lead times and prevent any downtime should this ever be overlooked.
