The Formax FD 592 Two Station Decollator is a fast easy solution for separating continuous two-part forms. Form layers are separated but remain continuous.

Tractor feeding ensures correct alignment to prevent misfeeding. Integrated margin slitters can trim one or both sides of the forms. Safety jog switches provide for easy convenient loading and form control. Clear plexi covers with safety interlock switches contribute to this machines UL listing. Operating at variable speeds up to 475 feet per minute, this machine allows you to efficiently separate multi-sheet forms with ease. Additional stations can easily be added to separate more layers as needs grow, for a total of up to six stations.
